All peepers open today!!

We do seem to have a problem though--okay I seem to have a problem though, I'm terribly smitten with a particular cream colored kitten.

We have some many little peepers opening today!!

Little cream one is struggling with its eyes--they are crusting closed. So I'm going to wipe them 3-4 times a day to keep them open. I brought him in the house to get the towel to wipe his eyes and my male cat was not thrilled with the baby cries--he hissed something awful!!

All are gaining weight steadily each day!

The babies are 1 week old today!!

I took some pictures and will try and post them later! Two babies have eyes open--so cute!

Healthy babies again today--they have grown so much--I can't believe they'll be a week old tomorrow!

I just realized I failed to post the colors of the kittens. It appears we have a blue with white mittens, cream, tortie and two torbie's like mom. I'm going out soon to weigh them for the day. Unseasonably warm today 84 degrees so hoping to keep them babies cool--who would have thought a week ago I was worried about keeping Ginger and the babies warm.

Ginger's babies all made great progress on their weights today--I am still going to bottle feed a couple just to help them along! They are so sweet!

Everybody gained weight this morning!

Ginger was a little upset with me because I had to take all her babies to put a new blanket in her nest box. She then took one baby out of the nest box, but realized she has no other option and took it back in.

Cream kitten is up to 5.0 ounces--what a brute!
